You don't know how to deal with customers at all. Your service is terrible. No one will ever come to you again, because I will tell everyone I know not to come to your business because you don't know how to treat your customers. If they ask you for something, you hinder their business, causing them losses.

I’ve visited here multiple times and I’m considered a regular. The staff, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the professionalism is incredible. Flora is honestly one of the best nail techs in Abu Dhabi. Shereen is incredible with hair and both of them are super understanding , sweet and lovely. The owner is also incredibly accommodating and super sweet as well. On top of all of this, the prices are beyond reasonable especially in terms of the service you’re getting. Highly commendable tbh and you won’t regret it.

I recently visited bloomself and i was more than satisfied with what my hair makeover turned-out to be.I had a hair balayage and my hair looks awesome, i got so many compliments from my friends and family. The salon was neat and clean. And Gia was the most polite one. She made me comfortable, asked me about my preferences and also suggested what is good for my hair. Was offered coffee and water while i waited for my hair to be done. Will definitely visit again for my nails and recommend to all my friends.

Honestly, their service is excellent. They understand and explain to you what my hair needs. I asked for a full month of dyeing, and I really liked the result. Of course, they have a regular customer. They relied on the employee Sherine. Honestly, she has great taste and understanding of what to do.
